The Allis Chalmers crawlers, models H3, HD3, H4, HD4, 653, AND 655's all used the same steering clutches. 4 friction discs (fiber) were required per clutch and 3 steel separator plates. We supply new after market discs to take care of your problems and restore your clutches.

If you want to upgrade your clutches to bimetallic style discs, instead of the fiber discs, you will get a longer lasting steering clutch. The clutch discs are less affected by moisture and are less prone to sticking or bonding together, seizing up your clutches. No additional discs are required.  You will have no more problems with broken teeth when using the bimetallic discs.  We now have these available at 29.00 each.

When making the choice between the less expensive fiber discs ($21 ea) vs the Bimetallic discs ($29 ea) keep in mind that with only 4 discs per clutch, your total cost difference is $32.00 to end up with a far superior clutch.
