D5 STEERING CLUTCHES

  The D5 steering clutches are a design continuation of the earlier D6 ( D6 4R, 5R, 8U, 9U) and D6B model machines, using the same inner driving drums, same bimetallic friction discs, same steel separator plates, clutch springs, and even the same brake drum and brake linings! Twelve (12) bimetallic friction discs and twelve (12) steel separator plates are required for each clutch pack. Unless severe damage has occurred, you often have to replace only the bimetallic friction discs. This keeps your costs down quite a bit. All parts listed below are of course new replacement parts, non oem.
Brake Band relining kit $42.00 per clutch (a band is 3 sections, the price includes all rivets and linings for one complete brake band)
